Program Guidelines
Welcome to the Carnivore Shred Extreme, one of the most powerful metabolic reset programs we offer on Ketonet.
This challenge is designed to push the body into deep fat burning through a structured series of phases including:
• Dairy Carnivore
• Broth Fasting
• Egg Fast Reset
• Strict Carnivore
• OMAD Fat Burning
• Metabolic Stabilisation
Each phase plays an important role in resetting your metabolism and encouraging your body to burn stored body fat efficiently.
Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure you get the best results possible from this program.
Daily Fasting Window
Participants are encouraged to fast until 12pm each day where possible.
During the fasting window you may consume:
• Water
• Black coffee
• Black tea
• Electrolytes
No calories should be consumed during the fasting window unless the program phase instructs otherwise.
Hydration
Hydration is extremely important throughout this program.
We recommend:
• 2 to 3 litres of water per day
• Regular electrolyte intake
Proper hydration helps prevent headaches, fatigue and muscle cramps during fat adaptation.
Electrolytes
Electrolytes are especially important during fasting and carnivore phases.

Food Rules
During the program we focus primarily on animal-based foods.
Approved foods include:
• Beef
• Chicken
• Pork
• Lamb
• Fish
• Eggs
• Butter
• Animal fats
Certain phases will allow limited dairy such as:
• Cream cheese
• Cheddar
• Mozzarella
• Parmesan
• Cottage cheese
• Heavy cream
Always follow the meal plan for the specific phase you are currently in.
Avocado Flexibility
While this is primarily a carnivore program, avocado is allowed in small amounts.
Avocado may be used:
• To increase healthy fats
• As a substitute for eggs if eggs are not tolerated
Recommended portion:
½ avocado per meal
or
1 small avocado per day
Although avocado is not strictly carnivore, it is permitted on this plan to help support adherence and fat intake.
Morning Metabolic Drink
Members may begin the day with a morning metabolic drink consisting of:
• 1 teaspoon MCT oil
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (ACV)
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• Warm water
This drink supports digestion, fat metabolism and gut health.
This is optional but recommended.
