Welcome to Ketonet, operated by Gigi’s Keto on the Go (Pty) Ltd (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By using the Ketonet mobile application (“App”) or accessing any content or services provided through the App, you (“User” or “You”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 16 or older. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 16 years old.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
Ketonet offers two subscription options:

Standard Access: R59/month for full access to features, including community forums, recipes, progress tracking, and challenges.
Premium Support: R499/month, which includes full access plus personalized coaching, exclusive content, and priority support.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled through the App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store settings.

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan. No refunds are provided after a subscription payment has been processed.

4. User Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all users. By using the App, you agree not to:

Post, share, or engage in any content that includes profanity, nudity, hate speech, threats, or harassment.
Advertise any products or services without our prior written consent.
Post misleading or inaccurate information, particularly health-related advice.
Ketonet reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer
The content available on Ketonet, including posts, recipes, forums, and community discussions, is for informational purposes only and is not provided by medical professionals. We do not offer medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Before making any significant changes to your diet or fitness regimen, particularly if you have any underlying health conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare provider.

6. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you post on Ketonet. By posting content, you grant Gigi’s Keto on the Go (Pty) Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any behavior that we consider harmful to the community or that violates these Terms. Termination may result in the removal of your account and all associated content.

8. Cancellation and Auto-Renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made. Cancelation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability
The App and all content provided within are made available “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided in the App. Use of the App is at your own risk, and Ketonet assumes no liability for any adverse effects you may experience from following dietary or fitness advice shared within the community.

In no event will Gigi’s Keto on the Go (Pty) Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to health complications, arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa for any legal disputes arising from these Terms.
